The Futurist: Will Human Laziness Burst The Web 2.0 Bubble?
I've been thinking quite a lot about this lately - UGC sites simply take to much effort. I stopped using StumbleUpon, and never used Digg because of it. Humans are lazy, period and the idea of the UCG site that provides the end user with little personal utility won't last. Gotta think about this web-stuff as "personal value," whats in it for me.
